Appetizers:
10 families to deliver appetizers to the Kim's house
⏰ By 4:45 PM on the day of the event
Main Course:
12 families to deliver main course items to the Perez house
⏰ Between 5:30 PM – 6:00 PM
Desserts:
8 families to deliver desserts to the Wayments
⏰ By 7:30 PM

Equipment Support

Folding Tables:
4 families to deliver 1 folding table each
⏰ By 2:00 PM to the main course location

Transportation Volunteers

We also need drivers with larger vehicles for student transport:

4+ drivers to shuttle from appetizers → main course

Join us for a tropical evening as we begin to celebrate our amazing senior swimmers and get ready for another exciting HOME Senior meet! Grab your leis, Hawaiian shirts, and sunglasses for a fun-filled night of Dolphin spirit, island vibes, and senior memories

📍 Meet us under the umbrellas near the sandpit for food, games, and celebration. Bring your folding chairs, picnic blankets, and bug spray! All team members and families are welcome!

Water and soda will be available for purchase, with proceeds benefiting the team. Families are also welcome to bring drinks for their own crew.

Racing in suits other than their Greenbriar Team Suit ARE allowed for this meet (i.e. racing suit) for swimmers aged 13 and up. USA SWIM (including the NVSL) prohibits tech suits for swimmers aged 12 and under.

Please arrive at the pool by 4:45 for a 5:00 warm up.

Swimmers must select events for swimming by 11:59pm on the Saturday before the meet.

This is a developmental meet. All swimmers are eligible to swim. Times earned help to determine placement in future Saturday dual meets.

Swimmers can enter into two strokes (free, back, breast, fly) plus IM. Feel free to leave a note for the coach while signing your swimmers up for their events if you have concerns or preferences.

If you have a swimmer in the meet please select a volunteer job your family can complete for the team.

Monday Matinee Movie Meet-Up for Dolphin Swimmers

Looking for a fun way to beat the heat and recharge before Monday Night Meets? Join us for Monday Matinee Movie Meet-Ups! Each week, Dolphin swimmers will gather at a local theater during the day to relax, enjoy a movie, and bond with teammates—while staying cool and out of the sun.

From time to time, Dolphin coaches may also join us for the fun.

Important:

A parent or adult chaperone must stay and supervise any swimmer under the age of 10 during the movie.

We hope you’ll join us for a relaxing and fun daytime outing with the team!

All swimmers and attendees will be responsible for purchasing tickets and any snacks for the movie.

We hope to see you at the movies!

***Due to the excessive heat forecasted for the rest of the week, this meet will begin at 8:30am. Please note the time changes below and be sure to arrive on time and ready to warm up by 8am***

Please arrive at the Greenbriar Pool parking lot by 7:05am for the team caravan. Caravan leaves promptly at 7:10am

Please wait outside in the Cobia parking lot when you arrive so that the team can enter together.

7:55am Marshalls, please take your place to ensure and on time warmup.

8:00am Greenbriar Warmup & Briefings. Please listen for the announcement regarding locations at pool.

TEAM AREA: The game deck is located behind the deep end and adjacent to the tennis courts. For safety reasons, the Cobias request that swimmers not play with the basketball hoops in the team area. Also, only chairs with plastic footing are permitted on the game deck.

HEAT: Saturday will be extremely hot. Please come prepared with plenty of fluids and cooling aids to stay hydrated throughout the morning.

BABY POOL & HOT TUB AREAS: The Cobia baby pool & hot tub areas are closed during swim meets. There is a playhouse just outside of this area. However, parents must ensure that their children are playing in the playhouse area responsibly.

PARKING: The parking lot is available to our team. However, if the lot is full there is additional parking on the street in the neighborhood.

SNACK BAR: The Cobia Café will be open with breakfast burritos, donuts, bagels, muffins, coffee, and other tasty items. Lunch items will be sold later in the morning. Cash and credit card are accepted.

Stars & Strokes Classic Relay and IM Carnival

Warm-up: 5:40 PM

A community showdown between the Sully Station Supersonic Transporters, Greenbriar Dolphins, and Poplar Tree Pirates featuring freestyle relays and Individual Medley (IM) events.

Show your spirit! Swimmers and families are encouraged to come dressed wearing red, white, and blue and help create a festive Independence Day atmosphere.

12& U Warm-up begins at 5:40pm

13& O Warm-up begins at 6:00pm

Meet starts at 6:30pm

Parking: for this event will be tight with 3 teams, so please consider carpooling if possible! Parking will be first come first served. Once the parking lot is full, overflow will be any available street parking in the neighborhood, but our host asks that families take care to avoid blocking driveways and sidewalk ramps.

🏊🎳 Let’s Strike Up Some Dolphin Team Spirit! 🎳🏊

Imagine a place where cheers mix with the sound of falling pins — the perfect setting for team bonding, laughter, and a little friendly competition! Bowling alleys create a fun and relaxed atmosphere where teammates can connect outside the pool and strengthen the friendships that make our team so special.

For one afternoon, Dolphin swimmers will be rolling strikes instead of waves!

🍔 Food will not be provided, but families and swimmers are welcome to purchase food and drinks from the restaurant/bar area.

💲 Cost: $20 per swimmer/bowler
