We want to thank the Fitzgerald's, Garmendia's and Wayment's for opening their homes to host our annual 13+ Progressive dinner. This event is regularly shared as a favorite memory of our graduating seniors so let’s keep the tradition alive and give them an evening to remember. Non-host parents are expected to handle the remaining items necessary to pull this evening off. These items will be located in the in the “Job Signup” section for this event.

Sign-Ups

Families who are not hosting will need to assist with this event by signing up to deliver items to the appropriate house. We need non-host families to provide or do the following:

10 families to deliver appetizers to the appetizer host by 4:45pm on the day of the event.

12 families to deliver a main course the main course address between 5:30pm and 6:00pm on the day of the event.

8 families to deliver dessert to the dessert address by 7:30pm on the day of the event.

4 families to deliver 4 folding chairs each to the main course address before 2PM the day of the event.

4 families to deliver a folding table each to the main course address before 2PM the day of the event.

4 (possibly more) drivers with larger vehicles to shuttle guests from appetizers to main course

4 (possibly more) drivers with larger vehicles to shuttle guests from main course to dessert

Finally, please don't forget to indicate through the events page whether your swimmer will attend or not. This is through the RSVP page on the event. 

Thursday July 10th is the annual Dolphins trip to Kings Dominion. Departures will be right after swim pictures. Last year was fun for all who attended. 
We have secured the group rate with 15+ swimmers.  Please RSVP by July 5th, as I plan to purchase the tickets Sunday July 6th. 

If you have RSVP'ed yes- please pay for your tickets by July 5th. If you are going but do not want to be included in the group ticket purchase, please let me know.

Swim Meet Theme: For our Saturday  (7/5) and Monday (7/7) swim meets, the theme is RED WHITE & BLUE.! Wear your most patriot outfit and accessories to the Sunday Pep Rally, Saturday & Monday Meets!

Pep Rally Meal Theme: Brinner (Breakfast for dinner)

Sponsoring Age Group: 9/10 & 11/12 swimmers

Food: Please plan to bring the dish assigned to your eldest child's age group. If anyone in your family has a dietary issue (allergen-free, gluten-free), just bring a dish to share that your family can all eat. Please mark the dish with a sign noting its special preparation.

Main Dish: 9-10, 11-12
Side Dish: 8 & under, 15 & Up
Dessert: 13-14

Drinks: Soda and water will be available for purchase - with profits benefiting the team. Or just bring along drinks for your family.
Reminder to bring cash for the drinks. $1 for Water, $2 for Soda/Gatorade. We will have square there but there will be the $5 min purchase requirement, so cash is best.
