Thursday July 10th is the annual Dolphins trip to Kings Dominion. Departures will be right after swim pictures. Last year was fun for all who attended. 
We have secured the group rate with 15+ swimmers.  Please RSVP by July 5th, as I plan to purchase the tickets Sunday July 6th. 

If you have RSVP'ed yes- please pay for your tickets by July 5th. If you are going but do not want to be included in the group ticket purchase, please let me know.

ONLINE ORDERING INSTRUCTIONS (HIGHLY RECOMMENDED TO PRE-ORDER ONLINE)

  1. GO TO: www.olsonphotography.com
  2. CREATE AN ACCOUNT (if you already have an account you can skip this part).
  3. PLACE YOUR ORDER (ENTER ACCESS CODE: SWIM HEAD COACH: MCANDREWS LEAGUE NAME: GREENBRIAR SWIM
  4. FILL OUT AN ORDER SLIP (AT SHOOT) WITH YOUR CONFIRMATION NUMBER OR PRINT OUT YOUR CHILD'S ORDER AND SEND THAT WITH YOUR CHILD OR SIBLING GROUP TO THE SHOOT.
  5. YOU WILL RECEIVE CONFIRMATION NUMBER VIA EMAIL AND TEXT.
  6. IF YOU HAVE MULTIPLE CHILDREN AND ARE ORDERING SEPARATE PACKAGES, EACH CHILD NEEDS A SEPARATE ORDER WITH A DIFFERENT CONFIRMATION NUMBER.
  7. HAVE YOUR CHILD OR SIBLING GROUP BRING PRINTED FORM TO THE SHOOT AND GIVE TO THE PHOTOGRAPHER WHEN HAVING THEIR PICTURE TAKEN.

ORDERING INSTRUCTIONS

  • IF YOU HAVE MORE THAN ONE CHILD YOU ARE ORDERING FOR, YOU MUST CHECK OUT AND PAY FOR EACH CHILD SEPARATELY.
  • SIBLINGS ONLY NEEDS ONE ORDER FOR THE GROUP. PLEASE PUT FIRST NAMES ON FORM FOR ALL SIBLINGS THAT ARE IN THE GROUP.

**If you do not have a printer and you placed an order, please have your child bring the CONFIRMATION NUMBER to the shoot, there are photo slips at the shoot to put your confirmation number on.

** There will be envelopes to fill out at the shoot for checks and cash payments.

At this meet, the Individual Medley (IM) will be held first.
This is an away developmental swim meet. All swimmers are eligible to swim.
Times earned to determine placement in future Saturday dual meets.
Go to the Meet Entry by Saturday, July 5th to select events.
Swimmers can enter into two strokes (free, back, breast, fly) plus IM.
Feel free to leave a note for the coach while signing your swimmers up for their events if you have concerns or preferences.
If you have a swimmer in the meet please select a volunteer job your family can complete for the team.

Please plan to arrive at Poplar Tree Pool by 5:05 for WU at 5:25pm

If you are looking for a way to beat the heat and swim fatigue to rest up for all Monday Night Meets, join us for movie fun & bonding. Each Monday, we will get a group of Dolphin swimmers together and meet at a local theater for some nice relaxing entertainment out of the sun. Some weeks some Dolphin coaches maybe in attendance as well.

A parent or adult chaperone will be expected to stay and watch the movie and supervise any swimmer under 10 years old.

All swimmers and attendees will be responsible for purchasing tickets and any snacks for the movie. 

We hope to see you at the movies!

Join us at the tables under the umbrellas near the sandpit for food and fun. Bring your folding chairs, picnic blankets and BUG spray!

Swim Meet Theme: For our Saturday  (7/5) and Monday (7/7) swim meets, the theme is RED WHITE & BLUE.! Wear your most patriot outfit and accessories to the Sunday Pep Rally, Saturday & Monday Meets!

Pep Rally Meal Theme: Brinner (Breakfast for dinner)

Sponsoring Age Group: 9/10 & 11/12 swimmers

Food: Please plan to bring the dish assigned to your eldest child's age group. If anyone in your family has a dietary issue (allergen-free, gluten-free), just bring a dish to share that your family can all eat. Please mark the dish with a sign noting its special preparation.

Main Dish: 9-10, 11-12
Side Dish: 8 & under, 15 & Up
Dessert: 13-14

Drinks: Soda and water will be available for purchase - with profits benefiting the team. Or just bring along drinks for your family.
Reminder to bring cash for the drinks. $1 for Water, $2 for Soda/Gatorade. We will have square there but there will be the $5 min purchase requirement, so cash is best.

  • SWIMMER DROP OFF WILL BE ON MIDDLE RIDGE ENTRANCE
  • PARKING PERMIT REQUIRED TO PARK IN THE LOT
  • Racing in suits other than their Greenbriar Team Suit ARE allowed for this meet (i.e. racing suit) for swimmers aged 13 and up. USA SWIM (including the NVSL) prohibits tech suits for swimmers aged 12 and under.

Swim and Dive Late Night

Join us for a swim and dive late night at the pool. 

Swim team will be providing pizza. Dive Team will provide the ice cream.  Families are requested to bring the following items to supplement our refreshments:

Families with the last name A-L: drinks - water, sports drink or soda

Families with the last name M-Z: your favorite sundae toppings

Matchday | D.C. We will be offering a D.C. United swim cap with each ticket purchased! The swim caps will be available to pick up the night of the match. Also, all the swimmers that are attending will have their team's name on our scoreboard.
