Open Coach Positions
Developmental Coach
The Greenbriar Dolphins are seeking applicants for the one open position of Developmental Coach for the upcoming 2024 summer swim season.
This is a paid position open to Greenbriar Dolphin swimmers who will be at least 16 years old this summer.
Responsibilities include:
- Instructing swimmers ages 12 & under in proper swimming techniques as directed by the Head and Assistant Head Coach and as needed
- Assisting the Head and Assistant Head Coach with all 12 & Under practice sessions
- Assisting the Head and Assistant Head Coach with 12 & Under Swimmers and Swim Meets
- Assisting with pool setup (flags, lane lines, etc) before and cleanup after practices
- Participating in coaches-led social led activities for swimmers
Developmental Coaches are required to maintain current lifeguard, first aid, and CPR certifications.

Assistant Developmental Coach
The Greenbriar Dolphins are seeking applicants for the open position of Assistant Developmental Coach for the upcoming 2024 summer swim season.
This is a volunteer position open to Greenbriar Dolphin swimmers who will be at least 15 years old this summer.
Responsibilities include:
- Instructing swimmers ages 10 & under in proper swimming techniques as directed by the Head and Assistant Head Coach and as needed
- Assisting the Head and Assistant Head Coach with all 8 & Under practice sessions
- Assisting the Head and Assistant Head Coach with 8 & Under Swimmers and Swim Meets
- Assisting with pool setup (flags, lane lines, etc) before and cleanup after practices
- Participating in coaches-led social led activities for swimmers
